While it doesn't have a locked PID,
due to how shininess works (16/65535 of TID xor SID xor PIDH xor PIDL),
it's more likely than non-shiny, to encounter the same PID

So If I understand the math right, 16/65535 multiplied against 4,294,967,295 (full range of possible PIDs),
There can only be 1,048,592 unique PIDs. (which is still quite a big number)
