Fossil Pokemon in balls other than pokeball?

So let me get this straight.. 
No fossil pokemon can be in a ball other than a pokeball?

It appears that all pre-Gen 6 Fossil Pokemon line can be encountered in Dream world,
with the exception of Archen,
so those can have any ball (non-kurt balls, non beast, non sport).

In addition, some, a handful of them were given away as event,
so also in Cherish Ball.
