Mew Event OT

I don't know if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong.

I went to generate a Mew for use as an HM Slave in my Yellow save. It complained that the event OT name was wrong, so I did some research and found that giveaway Mew had the OT name of either "YOSHIRA" or "YOSHIRB". I tried both, but it still complains that the event OT name is wrong.

Erm, YOSHIRA and YOSHIRB aren't valid for VC Pokemon RBYG.

This shouldn't be a Virtual Console .sav file. Sorry if I caused any confusion.

I believe PKHeX Legality is only for VC support,
as technically Gen I cartridges won't be able to transfer up to Gen 7.

Hence, it won't have other event details programmed for the Legality.
