Legality issues

Hey, I meant to post these yesterday but didn't get the chance to in time for the newest release today (tested on the most recent of course).

Gen 7:

For Banked Pokemon when transferred to a g7 game then traded from said game to another g7 game their notOT Memory Type becomes "This Pokemon seems to have a good memory." however PKHeX corrects them when Modify PKM Info is ticked, but they can still be legal with that notOT Memory Type (Geo location is retained in the case of g1).

Secondly, Froslass is deemed illegal for having the the moves Ominous Wind and Will-O-Wisp as low as level 1 when it can learn those moves as soon as it evolves from a female Snorunt via Dawn Stone and TM respectively.

Gen 1:

Machoke/champ, Graveler, Golem and Haunter are deemed illegal due to not having the OT matching an in-game NPC trader name ("TRAINER" in this case).
