BeyondTheHorizon Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 True that Butterfree can only learn Tackle and String Shot as a Caterpie, but PKHeX marks it as illegal regardless. Strangely, Harden is not flagged as illegal though Butterfree can only learn it as a Metapod. I'm playing Yellow and using the latest version of PKHeX, if that's of any help.
