Shiny Event Pokemon

So i got the pk6 files for shiny event Pokemon it says its a japanese event but when you open the file in pkhex country language and so on are not Japan or japanese.

in my opinion they should be or am i wrong ?

Okay, the event you're referring to is this:

As it's a local wireless event, it isn't region locked,
so the language or region doesn't have to be Japanese.

(it's just that the wonder card is a japanese-only wonder card)
