Go and find a decrypted Sun/Moon rom (we won't provide it, don't ask us about it),
Use editing tools (such as Asia81's package) to swap out the code.bin with a saltySD code.bin (we can't provide this, too)

Now, you can run whatever hacks you want, by doing it the SaltySD style!
