Legality check issue

Downloaded the last version of pkhex, opened the mystery gift database to have a shiny xerneas, but the checker gives me the error in the image.

How to resolve expecially the last ones? What shall i put in the pkhex to make a pokemon as it was be transferred with pokebank? I used pkhex to backup all my ORAS pokemon and transfer them to SUN, so how can I make them as they were transferred?

Maybe this Italian distribution isn't in the database and isn't recognised.

The memories seem correct however.

I just downloaded it from pkhex mystery gift database...

I downloaded another version of xerneas from the database and it seems legal.

Another issue: no legality image near the icon of giratina on the upper part of the screen. Why?

Only pokemon met in gen6 and gen7 games get legallity checks. If it is older then no check is made and it might as well be illegal.
