Island Scan species ball legality checks

My Shinx and Solosis eggs are throwing the following legality message: "Invalid: No ball check satisfied, assuming illegal."

I've been breeding them up from Beast Ball-caught Island Scan Pokémon that I traded from the GTS. Since they're Island Scan species, it should be possible to have them in any currently available ball.

Only these two Island Scan species are giving me this legality check failure, but every Shinx and Solosis egg gives me the failure message.
