German translation

Hello everybody,

I'm not sure if a thread like this is here already, I didn't find anything with the search. I'd like to contribute to the German translation

of PKHex! Although it's mostly translated, there are some things here and there that aren't, so I'd like to translate them. What do I have to do for this?

The best way would be to:

1. Fork PKHeX on GitHub
2. Update the German translation on GitHub
3. Submit a Pull Request when you're done

If you're not familiar enough with GitHub, you can also post the modified German resource files here and we'll take care of the rest.
