The issue here is that Mime Jr. is able to learn Healing Wish as an egg move,

but Mr. Mime cannot have the move without being triggered on the legality check.

It is not a glitch.

If it was hatched as Mime Jr, it should not have Guard Swap as a egg move (it's Mr Mime's Egg move, not Mime Jr).

Pkhex picked up on Guard swap, and identified it to be hatched as Mr Mime.

If you removed Guard Swap, you'll see that healing wish will not be flagged anymore.
