tradable gts shiny legendarys help

i need help i cant seem to make shiny legendary like mew and mewtwo be able to be use in gts or wondertrade if someone has a working shiny legendary that works in gts and wonder trade can you plz share the file for it

and this very well falls under that category.

Also, I find it personally annoying to see illegal Pokemon on GTS or wondertrade.
