i need help i cant seem to make shiny legendary like mew and mewtwo be able to be use in gts or wondertrade if someone has a working shiny legendary that works in gts and wonder trade can you plz share the file for it

so im having problems trading online i downloaded a file for PKhex from here https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?44398-Rental-Smogon-team-(All-competitive-PK6-to-copy) now i made them all level 100 and the pokemon works well i can trade them online but then i change some of the pokemons levels it wont no longer let me trade them online even though there met level is set to 1 does anyone know what could be wrong?
