help Editing "First Entered Hall of Fame" Date

How do I edit the 'First entered Hall of Fame' date?

I clicked on the 'Hall of Fame' button and edited all the dates which could be edited and saved the main file in PC and import the data using save manager but it still doesn't show in-game.

I have also read a post in here about the save data and blocks but I do not understand.

Can someone explain to me step-by-step how to edit the date please! Thanks!
