help Game detection

I've tried searching and couldn't find anyone having the similar problem as me. I've been using PCEdit in conjunction with PKHex in order to dump my boxes as a .bin file and transferring it to my PC in order modify everything at once in the boxes. With the newer update which has detection of your save file, my Omega Ruby file I'm assuming is being detected as possibly X/Y as it will not allow me to make non X/Y pokes or attach mega stones for such pokes like Diancite. So far my only fix has been using 3/26 but I do enjoy the shortcut features such as copying showdown sets with button presses. Any idea why PKHex is detecting my save file as the wrong game?

Should really install homebrew to edit your actual save file.
