help How to import to a new 3ds

Hi there. I would like to use PKHeX to try and gen in some legal pokemon for use in casual play and things like battle spot but I am unsure as to how to import to a new model 3ds XL with a microSD. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I thank you for your time!
