help PKHeX

Hello Friends,

I have just returned from a long break of Pokemon. Coming back, I was sad to see that the way of injecting the 3DS's SD card directly into the computer was patched out meaning PKHeX didn't work anymore. So now I am wondering if this is the current state of PKHeX and I'm wondering how to use it again.
