Odd Findings with legal.exe

I've attached the in question pokemon for this little question session.

My question is a simple one. How often should a pokemon come up as "Wild"?

Recently I ported over a Baltoy, Kecleon, Koffing, Lugia, Shroomish, and tailow using palpark. These pokemon were caught under normal terms using an emulated game, and transfered to a leafgreen version using PokeboxGBA. Baltoy, Koffing, Shroomish and Tailow came up as "Wild" in Legal. How often does this happen?

Edit: my question remains, but i realized that i had changed the TID, and the SID on these particular pokemon when uploading them, and that's what caused them to change from normal to wild. I have taken off the attachments b/c i realized it was user error.

Something to note: Anything except for Normal GBA, and Wild GBA, will never occur on an emulator. The other results are due to the hardware of the GBA and the RNG algorithm.
