Exporting pokesav codes to AR

I get the code for AR. Copy/paste it into notepad and put it in 2 columns. It's short a line. What am I doing wrong?

I'm using the right pokesav version, so that's not the problem. To clarify It comes out like this D2000000 00000000

Try not copying it into notepad, instead right click on the .xml and click "open with" and browse to the nearest shortcut to notepad. Otherwise, the D2000000 00000000 is the ending for any AR code, so the extra zeroes mean nothing. Opening in notepad puts it in two columns automatically though (unnecessary, but looks better, the AR will take the code either way)

You're supposed to right-click on the XML file then choose > Open with... > Notepad.

Notepad should be already there. If not use browse to find it.
