help Unable to check legallity, the red triangle immediately change to green check mark

I often use PkHex to check the legality of my Pokemon that I received via GTS or WonderTrade.

After I update the PKHeX to the latest version (04-10-16).zip when I view some Pokemon in my PC Box, I saw that it has a warning of illegality. However, when I click on that red triangle to view the illegal properties of it, it immediately turn into the sign of Legality, the green check-mark. If I use an older version of (03-19-16), these Pokemon are still be reported as Legal. If I use the lastest PKHeX to export these Pokemon to .pk6 file then import back to my save, they will be reported as "Legal".

That make me confused and not sure about whether my Pokemon is Legal or not. Could you help me to figure out what happen? Thank you.

P/S: I'm not sure whether this is a bug or a function, so I set the thread's prefix as "Help". Please help me to edit it if I'm wrong.

PKHeX modifies the handling and geolocation if the modify pk6 option is checked.

Try disabling that option before you click the legality indicator.

Also, older versions may be lacking such checks.

Oh I see, these Pokemons of mine are lack of the Latest Country in Memory/Amie. So could I label them as illegal Pokemon?

You can, but PKHeX can take care of that for you automatically when that Modify PK6 option is checked. You've already seen it working as the loaded file flipped legality states when read back from the tabs.

Just load it and set it back to tabs.
