bug Legality Checker bug with Pre Megas

Hi, I don't know if this is a bug, something intended or just because I don't have a save file loaded but pre megas (I've only tried Charizard) come up as legal

Not so much a bug, but a type of check that wasn't yet implemented.

Implemented in latest commit. I was working on it earlier for the Eternal Flower / Vivillon pattern on bred pkm showing up as legal... so now PKHeX catches invalid battle forms (Aegislash etc) too.
