having problem trading online

so im having problems trading online i downloaded a file for PKhex from here

now i made them all level 100 and the pokemon works well i can trade them online but then i change some of the pokemons levels it wont no longer let me trade them online even though there met level is set to 1 does anyone know what could be wrong?
