Yes, pokebank does not overwrite trainer info datas, nor does poketransfert (for gen 3/4 games). So OT/TID/SID you'll see in PKHex are those from the cartridge your mon came from.

Poke Transporter can change OT if they think the name's inappropriate. My FireRed OT of Tucker was changed to "Shiro" for some reason.
