bug The Encounter of GenIV is not complete

I transfered some pokemons from the Poke-Bank.(Diamond--->Black--->X/Y)

And found that the "Encounter" for GenIV(such as Diamond) is not complete.

The one I caught in water can not be showed,and an error occurred.

System.NullReferenceException:

PKHeX.Form1.preparepkx(Byte[] buff, Boolean click)

PKHeX.Form1.getQuickFiller(PictureBox pb)

PKHeX.Form1.populateFields(Byte[] buff)

PKHeX.Form1.clickView(Object sender, EventArgs e)

System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripItem.RaiseEvent(Object key, EventArgs e)

By the way,Here is the encounter list from PokeGen.
