feature request Shiny value's

Hi,

I think it would be a cool addition if we added an egg shiny value/ trainer shiny value checker to PkHeX.

It's a cool feature for people that still want to breed shinies.

To find TSV hover over the mouse over either TID or SID For ESV Hover over The PID.

To follow up, you also can generate a Box Data Report to see all the ESVs of everything in your boxes.
