unanswered Need Some help with a Program

I was talking with a friend of my who helps me give out old Pokemon Events

He was ta king a look at my flashcart the other day and told me about a program that could help me cut down the number

of files I have by combinding 12 Wonder Cards into 1 Rom

So I was searching and found

I have been trying to get it to work but every time the program closes down.

If any one knows how to use this program

Could you make a video of how to use it

Sorry for bumping but I noticed this has been viewed over a 100 times and have yet had any one comment.

Is a command line tool? I've heard of it, and had an unused copy before my main computer messed up. I seem to recall that in the readme it saidyou had to supply arguments via command line or something. But I could be completely wrong.
