Powersaves not working

Im new here so please forgive me if this is the wrong place to put this.

So i got powersaves last sunday and when i tried to use it, When i inserted Pokemon x in the Device, it started to load, Then went to the screen "Insert your game cartridge" with the overlay of "Web operation failed"

Servers are all running As of this gif being uploaded.

At the time of that picture, I was not able to get on while my friend was. (Same time)

Cant even see the codes. I will see if i can get a screen Recorder and record the problem.

I used the device a few times today for some work and it functioned fine. I didn't use it in 2 weeks or so so i noticed new codes added. Perhaps they were adding them and were offline while you were trying.
