No rules? Who's going to want to battle you if you don't state what rules you go by? I refuse to battle anyone whos going to use things like Wonderguard Spiritomb or Volt absorb gyrados.

At the very least you need to say something like: No tier list, No standard clauses and no Illegitimate hacks. ( pokemon having abilities or moves they cant actually obtain or learn )
