Shiny Pokémon in Emerald.

Hello,

I have little knowledge about the RAM and what not in Gen III. I read that due to the broken RNG in Emerald, shiny Pokémon in saves with a PID number over a certain figure will not throw up shiny Pokémon, ever.

Is this true? What are the facts about this?

Either the information you read was incorrect or you misunderstood said informtion. ANY PID can be shiny given the right combination of TID and SID
