Metalbear Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 (edited) My computer wont allow me to use legal.exe or trash byte normalizer. i originally wanted to edit over my poke's while still having them pass hack checks from nintendo. But, as you can see i cant do it due to program malfunctions..... so from time to time i'll post a pkm file here, and if anyone could run it through the above programs and post it back here, IT WOULD HELP ALOT! just notify me of any issues through this thread. here's the first one: IMPROVED FROSLASS.pkm).pkm Edited September 1, 2009 by Metalbear
Aarux Posted July 26, 2009 Posted July 26, 2009 I fixed the algorithm and contest stats in this file. Someone else can run it through the Normalizer for you, seeing as I can't. Improved Frosslass - Fixed.pkm

Was Froslass ever a Pokemon from a GBA game?
Guested Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Use YOUR common sense. Does Froslass evolve from a Pokemon from a GBA game?? In answer to the question, any are fine, but I think Normal D/P or GBA would be the most common and easiest to work with.

Metalbear Posted September 1, 2009 Author Posted September 1, 2009 here's the version that needs trash byte/legality checking please post the finished one when done: IMPROVED FROSLASS.pkm).pkm

I'd only just woken up and didn't think about what Froslass evolved from. >.>;
Toffeuy Posted September 2, 2009 Posted September 2, 2009 I ran through Legality Checker... it had invalid TrashBytes, here's a screenshot: Seeing that it had Invalid TrashBytes, I ran it through the TrashBytes Normalizer and then the Legality Checker and it was good this time, screenshot of the fixed Froslass in Legality Checker: I attached the fixed Froslass Metalbear's Fixed Froslass.pkm
Metalbear Posted September 3, 2009 Author Posted September 3, 2009 I ran through Legality Checker... it had invalid TrashBytes, here's a screenshot: Seeing that it had Invalid TrashBytes, I ran it through the TrashBytes Normalizer and then the Legality Checker and it was good this time, screenshot of the fixed Froslass in Legality Checker: I attached the fixed Froslass yay!!!! thanks dude! next one up later!

Aarux Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 Houndoom looks pretty good. Correct class, good PID, and so on. You'll need someone to fix the T. Bytes.
lnodiv Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 You'll need someone to fix the T. Bytes. Done. IMPROVED HOUNDOOM.pkm

Toffeuy Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Here, Fixed and attached, but when I ran through Legality Checker it said Uncommon GBA, I don't know what that means though... IMPROVED AMPHAROS.pkm
Metalbear Posted September 4, 2009 Author Posted September 4, 2009 thats weird......when i did it the type was normal gba.... anyone know what to do here?
Aarux Posted September 5, 2009 Posted September 5, 2009 I changed the algorithm to Normal NDS/GBA in this one. It should be fine like this. I just had to modify its Atk. IVs to 28. It should still have whatever Hidden Power type you wanted. Fixed Ampharos.pkm

Aarux Posted September 5, 2009 Posted September 5, 2009 They shouldn't have to be. I just downloaded the one Toffuey uploaded and edited the PID; I didn't mess up the fixed Bytes.

lnodiv Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 You can't catch the Mareep line in Ruby. Here's one with it from Emerald, where it can be obtained. Fixed Ampharos.pkm
Eon-Rider Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 You can't catch the Mareep line in Ruby.Here's one with it from Emerald, where it can be obtained. What if you hatched it in Ruby?
lnodiv Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 I'm pretty sure that it would show up as originating from Ruby in that case (I hadn't considered that), but the change couldn't hurt, and could only help it look more legit.
Metalbear Posted September 6, 2009 Author Posted September 6, 2009 yeah im gonna use the emerald one but thanks everybody! slowking up in a bit! ---------- Post added at 12:11 AM ---------- Previous post was Yesterday at 11:01 PM ---------- ......i ran into another PID issue. slowking has three normal dp/gba, and one normal gba..... which do i choose? two of the three normal dp/gba are ability 2, and one is ability 1. the normal gba is ability 1 aswell.
