Passing event moves on Gen 6

I was surfing the web tonight, and found this post. Basically, there's a guy saying that Pokémon in Gen 6 can pass event-exclusive-moves through breeding.

Is it possible?

I was surfing the web tonight, and found this post. Basically, there's a guy saying that Pokémon in Gen 6 can pass event-exclusive-moves through breeding.

Is it possible?

Given my understanding of the game mechanics,

I'm obliged to say no.

(The only time I've seen this happen is Gen IV Dratini with Extremespeed to get other extremespeed Dragonites,

but it's not an event Pokemon per se, and it was already pre-programmed)

Why don't you test and let us know?
