Choosing the game issue?

Why is the only games i can pick in the met tab being Black/White 2??? Including the egg hatch conditions.

If we switch the target game, will pokegts, still be able to upload it to a different game?

Lets say you want to make a pokemon caught in gen 4 so you set target game to HG/SS so you can set location etc.

Will pokegts still upload that to a gen 5 game?

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding what the "target game" option means, I think of it as "what game is this pokemon being sent to?"

The target game is mostly used for loading save files, but if a fourth gen target is set then the pkm file will be in a different format than if a fifth gen target is chosen.
