I'm not sure how they plan to distribute it (being a PGL-based tournament they could easily send it to your DW account), but it seems successful players in the 2012 Video Game Championship Series Winter Battle will receive a Custap Berry.

I checked all the past tournaments listed on the PGL, and none of them had prizes like this, so it is unprecedented.
