Convert .PKM files to .3GPKM files

Hey there.

I need to know if there is a way to convert the .PKM files to .3GPKM files.

I need all Event Pokémon from 3rd Gen games to my Legit Emerald save.

I can save from my PC using Encyclopedia Pokémon to my Legit Emerald Cartdridge save using the GBA Backup Slot program to backup and to update the save file

If there is a person that can do that program I'd appreciate.

You can't convert backwards as far as I'm aware.

Because I need to get all 3rd Gen Pokémon Events.

It's too bad that I can't get the 3rd Gen Events. I got Jirachi, Celebi and Mew and this is getting difficult as I thought.
