EDIT: I think you messed up with the request considering the stats when I leveled them up went Negative and my Ninjask's 4th move is a Dragon Type move instead of Double Team.

Although, editing IVs on this type of Jirachi and keeping its algorithm legal in the past hasn't been very easy for me... Do you care if the algorithm isn't legal? EDIT: Never mind. I found a legal Jolly one to base it off of. The IVs aren't too bad. Its algorithm is legal, though... I've attached the file. WISH Jirachi Jolly.pkmFetching info...
