i have a flash card so... i need the .PKM files... i have pokesav too but i cant make legendary pokemons shinys and whit 31 ivs in all stats... the Legality Checker say : hacked pokemon if anybody can make them for me i will be very grateful

i dont think you can make legal legendarys with 31 IVs and shiny, but you can make them shiny with less IVs i can make it for you but i will need to know what do you whant 31 and what you dont care about.

P.S: the shiny option is made with the OT,ID and SID so if you dont care what it will be then i will use my own but if you change one of them it wont be shiny anymore.

well 31 ivs in speed and sp. atack 31 for all of them

here you go, the 3 .pkm files are inside the rar file, they are all shiny with 31 sp.attack and 31 speed, they all came out as normal NDS or GBA in the legal checker, enjoy:
