Corrupt Save File! Oh Noez!

Alright guys, I'd like to start out by saying 'Hello!', so here goes:

Okay, that's outta the way.

I've recently committed the big mistake of using an incorrectly executed/ written AR Code. It has, unfotunately, glitched my save file.

I am using a retail PokeBlack cartridge. Everything works fine, except for the Pokemon PC Storage. Once 'Withdraw'/ 'Deposit'/ or 'Move Pokemon' is selected, a blue screen [OF DEATH] pops up and say that an error has occurred. The only option is to power off.

I find it very, VERY odd that only a certain aspect of the save is corrupt/ glitched, whereas everything else is, well, fine. Meaning YES, I CAN get past the 'Continue' Screen. So, I was wondering, how could, if possible, one be able to potentially 'fix' this? I have valuable original Pokemon in there ya know! D:<

I've tried accessing different PCs, tried trading to my little brother's White version, trying to catch Pokemon to send them into the PC storage, and yet, NOTHING works by far.

Though, I have thought of backing up the save file through the use of a flash cart. Does anyone have any experience in editing such a corrupt save in order to get a working save again? [i don't have a flash cart... yet.]

If all else fails, I guess I'd have to start over and, well... be more careful. ;__;

The code I was trying to use was a Mystery Gift Spring2012 Zekrom that was available recently. I had generated the code through PokeGen, and yet, the code never worked...

Here are the codes wich I had used before the save file had been corrupt.

I used the IV/ EV checker to see the IVs of the Pokemon in my party, and later intended to use it on the Pokemon in my PC. Only, I had saved the game after using in on the Pokemon in my party, so I am not sure if this code may have caused it.

As for the Mystery Gift codes, I forgot to mention yet another important aspect. This first time around in generating the trying out the codes, I had PokeGen set the Target Game to Black2 /White2; this is the default, and it never crossed my mind in checking to make sure that Target Game was correct, as I had just recently upgraded my PokeGen program I was using. Once I had found out the codes were for the incorrect version of the games, I had already been saving the game in hopes that the code would work AFTER I had restarted the game. I... don;t think they work that way, do they?

So then I re- generated the codes, this time making sure it was for Black1/ White1. What I am NOT sure about is if these Mystery Gift codes are Black1 or Black2. I believe they are Black1, and if they are, then then Black2 codes are lost.

If I re- generate the codes again, for Black2, would they be the same exact codes, or do they differ each time? I think I've seen the codes change slightly when I hit Generate twice by accident, though I am not sure.

Finally got the save file [it's attached]. Can someone be so kind as to point me the right direction? I have PokeSav and trying to figure out this save file as type this.

Hello, i am also a newbie here and since that thread is the closest thing to what my problem is and it is resolved, i thought it would be fitting to post here to ask for help.

I basically have the same problem as the op but i don't have a save back up thought.

Here is what happended, i tried to get the winter darkrai wondercard on my french white retail cartridge, saved and after seing that the code didn't worked in the mistery gift album, whent to to something else and my pc got stuck in the blue screen of death.

I figure from that thread that the code did glitch a poke in my pc.

I used the wonder card 4 slot (not the used id card) the select button to activate and made sure the code was for my game (white, french)

I had also tried a code i got from an earlier version of pokegen (3.0.4) just before that one, but it was the same.

If the code don't help that much, what are my options without any mean to backup my game (i may have acces to a r4 but that's a long shot and i have the ar for the ds lite) ?
