Resolved Changing Meloetta Form?

Quick, albeit stupid question. Is it possible to change Meloetta's form using PokeGen while it's in the PC? If it matters, I caught it using an AR code. I recall being able to do it before the new update, but I may be mistaken...

It looks like its form list got screwed up somehow.

Can it even change its form outside of battle? Or does the form change remain after that move is used in battle?
