The Milotic was distributed on June 13th 2009 and is at level 50 holding a Flame Orb. Today is also the Video Game Championships qualifier in Paris, France, so you should expect to see the French Shiny VGC09 Milotic on the site soon.</p><p>Thanks for reading!
