The delivery guy never shows up in the PokeMart when I use it. (I did catch Cresselia and wake up that kid, so that shouldn't be an issue.) Azure Flute and Manaphy egg worked fine, and I haven't tried Oak's letter yet. (Haven't been arsed to finish that extra part of Victory Road yet.)
