What was that program called again?

I recently reformatted my computer and I want to mess around with AR codes again. There was a program that hooked on to an emulator and displayed the ds's ram. I dont remember the name and I am having a hard time finding it.

Also, linking files from freewebs don't really work, i tried in the past. they all redirect to the page the link is on.
