Turtlekid2 Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 Galaxy was sophisticated, but Galaxy did it right, unlike Sunshine.
damio Posted June 19, 2009 Posted June 19, 2009 And they're just milking Metroid now, I mean, Corruption was supposed to be the final game but nooo, they had to make another How, in any way, is that a bad thing? Metroid is awesome
HottSushiz Posted June 19, 2009 Posted June 19, 2009 Metroid: Other M looks very sleek, they didn't really show any gameplay, but the way it took down some enemies, it looks like something from God of War, although it kinda makes it look like wrestling.
Fawful Of Ice Posted July 5, 2009 Posted July 5, 2009 Nintendo for sure. I'm Amazed at two Mario Games at once! 3 Mario games at once! Super Mario Galaxy NEW Super Mario Bros. Wii Mario and Luigi:Bowser's Inside Story:smile::smile::smile::smile::D:D:D:D
Enzo Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Definately Microsoft. They stole exclusives from Sony, announced a new entry in their best selling FPS and gave details on the OTHER new entry in that series set to come out in time for Christmas, showed off a new accessory that has "cool" factor that rival's the Wii.
YuzuruHitokiri Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 (edited) My E3 rundown: Microsoft: Good: Project Natal requires no controllers what so ever More Halo Finally have an MGS Bad: Too few exclusives Not much to show that we didn't already know Score: 7.0 out of 10 Nintendo: Good: Good selection A couple of promising entries (Super Mario Galaxy/Metroid: Other M) Bad: Pulse sensor? Seriously!?! Third-party was lacking quality Score: 8.5 out of 10 Sony: Good: Bold moves in gameplay (Heavy Rain/MAG/Whatever the game which you play modern cops and robbers was) They are NOT discontinuing UMD like we thought (they are releasing UMDs in stores and the same games on the Playstation Store simultaneously) Bad: "New" Wiimote-rip-off Still pushing the PS2 after stripping the PS3 of the Emotion chip and other PS2 required parts Score: 8.0 out of 10 Overall: It was a pretty good year this year. Nintendo reclaimed the top seat after sucking out last year, Sony gunning forward with new properties, and Microsoft falling to the bottom even though they had a decent lineup. They may claim the top seat next year once Project Natal takes flight. Edited July 15, 2009 by YuzuruHitokiri Forgot 1-10 rating and who won E3...oops...
Relyte Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 Hey, woah. Golden Sun DS? That gets my vote instantly. I don't own any platforms other than DS/Computer and Golden Sun is my favourite series ever (yes, even better than Pokemon), so Nintendo.
