is there a way to fix trash bytes and hex values without actually pal parking? does the trash byte normalizer alone do this, would it appear pal parked in hex if i used the normalizer?

Thank you, but I already have the normalizer. :)

So using this would make a pokemon appear pal parked in a hex editor, and give it the appropriate values?

How about you try it out then check it using legal!?!

Another thing.

is the pid/iv generator in pokesav capable of making common gba event <restricted> PIDs? i can tell type 1 is normal nds/gba, 2 is wild nds/gba, 3 is uncommon gba or something, 4 is unrestricted gba event, and after that it's all B-A-D-E or something.

5-8 are all theoretical algorithms. And no, pokesav is not capable of generating common gba event (restricted) PID/IV combos.

I've had trouble getting Gen3 Pokémon into Pal Park myself; I'm using Pokesav Platinum, which includes a button for editing Pal Park but no way to enable that button. (Since I've always used emulators to play, an editing tool is probably the simplest way to get my catches from Gen 3. Have I been overlooking some crucial step? Please let me know soon!
