There's actually a ton of space considering you can change the size of the ROM without messing things up like in third gen. The problem is that nobody really knows how to "add entries" for all the critical information needed to have a new pokemon.

You mean we can change the size with PPRE and stuff so there is enough space but we don't know the method to add pokemon.
