pennypenny123 Posted May 26, 2009 Posted May 26, 2009 Hey does anyone know what ever happen to the GS ball? It was showed in season 2 in the orange islands. But I don't recall the episode that ever revealed what it actually was. I assume GS stands for gold and silver but does anyone know of the episode that they talked about it?
randomspot555 Posted May 26, 2009 Posted May 26, 2009 A Pokebeach web site member interviewed the guy who was the animation director for most of the last 10 years (currently a storyboard artist) and he admitted to what we all believed to be true: GS Ball was supposed to contain Celebi, but then Celebi was kept for a movie, so the GS Ball basically became an empty plot device to get Ash to Johto.
pennypenny123 Posted May 26, 2009 Author Posted May 26, 2009 Really? Hm, I never did think that it was revealed but I wanted to make sure. That's seems to me kinda dumb that in the show they never said what was in it but yeah it kinda seemed to get him to Johto.
