JasonBurrows Posted August 28, 2011 Share Posted August 28, 2011 When I first played Pokémon Diamond, Pokémon Pearl, Pokémon Platinum, Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver, I had an available Wi-Fi Connection which allowed me to download all of the events as they got released in the United Kingdom and Europe. My problem is that I cheated quite a lot and messed up all my Pokémon Team and especially I messed up my Hall of Fame completely as I didn't really want to use any Legendary Pokémon in my party. My problem is, I really want all of the event Pokémon back that I downloaded legitimately, but now I've restarted, it's going to look odd... I started Pokémon Diamond again on the 2/08/2011 and it's going to look odd if I download the Member Card for getting Darkrai again. For example... Date Started: Aug. 2, 2011. Date Member Card Distributed: Aug. 3 to Sept. 13, 2009 Does anyone know any way forward with this awkward problem as I'm really confused... Guested Posted August 28, 2011 Share Posted August 28, 2011 Change the clock of your DS to some time in 2009 before you start your game, if you want to do it that way. For further help about how to get the events on your game, please say HOW you play on doing it (editing sav file directly, or using AR) so that I can move this thread to the appropriate forum section. This isn't a help section, it's for event news. Hi there, yeah, sorry about posting it in this section, I wasn't too sure...How I was going to do it is basically editing the actual save. If not, you might have to resort to manually hex editing your sav, but I don't know where that info is. However... it doesn't really matter. What would be the hex code for "Recieved in a trade" Guested?It's a good job that if I mess things up, I have got my saves that I have started this year backed up on my PC. Guested Posted August 28, 2011 Share Posted August 28, 2011 If you're just going to edit the Pokemon, you can just use Pokegen to edit the OT and ID/SID to make it look like it was traded from someone else, or edit the date caught to be after you started your game. Darkrai can be caught ANY time after receiving the Member Card, so date is irrelevant on the pkm. It would only look weird on the Member Card Mystery Gift WC in your album. Are you really that paranoid about something so insignificant? Research it yourself, it's a block in the save file with a pretty predictable structure, possibly encrypted.
