Hey. My bug specifically occurs when I try and edit members of my party.

Firsty, I dragged a darumaka from my party into the PC. Then I changed my Sigilyphs ability from Wonder Skin to Magic Guard. Then used pokegen to evolve my Boldore into a Gigalith. And then I put a Simisage into my party. I used the PID finder to give them a normal PID each when I edited them and their abilities/stats.

When I saved and loaded my game, my party was all messed up. I had a Darumaka still in my party. Two Sigilyphs, 1 with magic guard and one with wonder skin. A snivey (which I changed for the simisage). However, Gigalith and the Egg remained...

I'm using an R4 with wood if that means anything.

EDIT: My original team before the edits were Darumaka/Boldore/Herdier/Snivey/Sigilyph/Zoroua So I have no idea why I have 2 Sigilyphs now... I have a feeling it has something to do with me changing the ability from Wonder skin to Magic guard...

did you clicked "save" after all editings?i just used pokegen when my computer still worked for me,but i'm sure this happened because you didn't saved all changes.

Yeah, I have saved it, and I do edit the individual slot I desire the pokemon to be set to... But for some reason it saves my edits wrong and has now removed my legit event Zoroua =[

EDIT: Zorua sucked anyway, and also I'm going to remove the pokegen I have now ( V3.0.0.b26) Something like that and just re download it, I'll post soon to say whether that worked or not for me :)

I can pretty safely say that you're just managing to do something wrong here.

I have no idea what though =S... If you want, you can teamviewer with me and I'll show you what's happening. Maybe then you can see if I'm doing anything wrong?

If you can provide a save file and exact instructions on what you're doing that produces the problem, that's the only particularly useful information. This is, of course, if the problem is consistently happening.

Edit: Perhaps not. You're correct, there is an issue here, and I know exactly what it is. A recent change was made to prevent all Pokemon from being processed by PokeGen if they weren't edited. The way it's coded, it doesn't flag Pokemon that've been moved around. I also don't think I made it copy the flag that indicates that one has been edited, so editing, then moving, might not produce the expected result.

I apologize for not giving the report more thought initially. I'll probably release a new version soon to fix the annoying combo box selection bug and this, as they're both pretty significant toward usability.
