Can't access PC

When I tried accessing the PC in my save, it says" An error has occurred. Please turn off the power" can someone help?

If you edited it with either Pokesav or Pokegen you might have done something wrong. Open your save file in whatever program you used to edit it, go through your box and search for any possible mistakes or glitches that may have made your game crash. Fix or Delete whatever you find is not 'right', save the file, then load it back into your game.

I've deleted every pokemon and only have one left in the party and it's still not working

maybe is a program was change on byte is wrong, that message appear if is encounter a wrong byte of break a event on ROM~ so is appear...

Well I already started a new game and transferred every Pokemon form the old save to the new one and their are no problems with it, and it doesn't seem to be an issue with the ROM since I played to save on the same ROM that crashed the old one...
