In the pokéGEN, what does party count exactly does.

Should I check it when trying to add pokémons directly to my party?

If that is so what number would I have to put for two.

Party count is the number of Pokemon you currently have in your party !

Didn't work for me. When I want to generate 1 Pokémon it keeps on being the first one in the party how much I try. I tried all the party count codes, inserted them but none of them change a thing! Am I supossed to combine codes?! If I want my Pokémon to be The 6th... What am I supposed to do... leave 5?... it keeps on getting the 1st no matter what party count-code I insert!?
