JRT Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 (edited) A long while ago, I though that all .pkm file sizes were 236, but then I saw all these other programs and they seem to be able to make the Pokemon different sizes. I guess what I want to know is how that's possible with the Fake GTS and does something like that alter the Pokemon in any way? Sorry if this sounds crazy, but I don't usually mess around with any kind of tool. Edited April 29, 2011 by JRT
Kaphotics Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 Box Gen 3 - 80 bytes iirc Party Gen 4 - 100 bytes iirc Box Gen 4 - 136 bytes Party Gen 4 - 236 bytes Box Gen 5 - 136 bytes Party Gen 5 - 220 bytes. Pokesav doesn't save proper 5th gen party files.
Bond697 Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 3rd gen box pokes are 80 bytes even. i'm pretty sure, anyway.
JRT Posted April 29, 2011 Author Posted April 29, 2011 I'm sorry I meant as far as what the Fake GTS do. I had a Munna that was in the box and its size was 220.
Bond697 Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 (edited) 5th gen party pokes are 220 bytes. that's fine. Edited April 29, 2011 by Bond697
JRT Posted April 29, 2011 Author Posted April 29, 2011 (edited) I'm sorry I think I'm still confused. If the Munna I deposited was in a Box and Box size is 136 bytes, how come the Munna is 220 bytes when I deposited it? I'm using ShinyGTS btw. :EDIT: NVM I Got it. Edited April 29, 2011 by JRT
